Hi! My name is Tiffany and this is my very first "Sweet Things" blog post! I have been baking for several years. My baking resume includes cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Here are a few of the things that I have made:
This was a German Chocolate cake that I recently made for a birthday. Moist chocoloate cake torted and filled with a creamy coconut mixture and frosted with a whipped chocolate ganache.
I made these yummy Ginger-Spice Cookies a couple of days ago. Don't they look good enough to eat? They are! The combination of cinnamon, ginger and cloves makes for a very pleasant treat.
These are simple little bunny cupcakes that I made for an Easter party earlier this year. White cupcakes with buttercream "grass", jelly beans for eggs and marshmallow bunnies. These were a big hit with the kids!
As I dig up more photos, I will post more sweet things that I have made. Most times, we eat them before I can get a good photo! I guess I'll have to start snapping faster. LOL
Okay, so I've decided to start a new venture. Since I love all things that are sweet, why not share them with everyone? Cakes, cookies, and candies -- oh, what's not to love! For this holiday season, I am offering cookie and cupcake gift boxes. Currently, the menu includes Raisin-Oatmeal, Chocolate Chip, Ginger Spice and Shortbread cookies.
